Press Windows Key + R combination, type put Regedt32.exe in Run dialog box and hit Enter to open the RegistryEditor.

Navigate to the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE
